Job Description
Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, performing work in areas such as air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, and assisting in the make ready of vacated units. Responds to service requests and performs skilled work in one or more trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Must work in all weather conditions and perform physical work, with a team player attitude and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years' experience in residential maintenance
- Certification in one or more trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair
- EPA certification within 180 Days
- Driver's License
