Job Description
Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, performing work in areas such as air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas. Responds to service requests, maintains equipment, and assists in making rental units ready for occupancy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with advanced training
- Degree/journeyman license in building maintenance
- One or more skilled trades or other related subject
- 4-6 years experience in residential maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and specialized knowledge in one or more trades/skills
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
