Job Description
The Project Engineer will assist with planning, overseeing, and documenting construction activities for various projects across the portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-construction activities, onsite construction management, 3rd party inspections, and project close-out. The role requires a self-motivated, team player with excellent learning, organization, and communication abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of professional experience in construction, development, or engineering with understanding of project management and construction processes
- Self-motivated, team player with excellent learning, organization, and communication abilities
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
