Job Description
The Property Management Counsel will serve as the single legal point of contact for our property management operations teams, handling legal escalations, supporting day-to-day property management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4–8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in-house at a property management company
- Direct property management legal experience is strongly preferred
