Resident Service Specialist

The Resident Services Specialist provides assistance and coordinates all requests from residents with the property management team, maintains resident files, and ensures compliance with all Hunt Military Communities policies and Government compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or other related discipline (Preferred)
• Experience working with computers and typical office software
• Previous experience in sales (Preferred)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to show houses
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
