Job Description
The Resident Services Specialist is responsible for providing assistance and coordination of requests from residents with the property management team, maintaining community appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with computers and typical office software
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to show houses and work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
