Job Description
The Seasonal Maintenance Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the maintenance team in all phases of grounds and property maintenance, performing light repairs, landscape maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required
- General knowledge of basic repairs and facility maintenance
- Self-motivated, team player who pays close attention to detail and can prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Must have reliable transportation
- DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
