Contracts Manager - Residential / Timber Frame Construction

We are seeking a Contracts Manager with a proven track record in the construction industry, particularly in bespoke house building projects with timber frame construction experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of construction details and methods, preferably with timber frame construction experience
• SMSTS qualification or equivalent
• Full driving license
