Senior Account Manager - House Sales

Reporting to Managing Director, sitting on Management team, managing one person. Managing developments and volume house sales, with a track record of identifying, planning and delivering medium to large housing developments.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in managing developments and volume house sales
• Track record of identifying, planning and delivering medium to large housing developments
• Experience of managing sales team to achieve sales turnover
• Proficient at financial planning with a track record of delivering profitable development projects
• Driving licence and willingness to travel
• Self-starter
