HVAC Service & Sales Technician

We are hiring a HVAC Service & Sales Technician to build and lead our HVAC division. The role involves running residential HVAC service calls, diagnosing systems, and selling repairs and maintenance agreements. As the division grows, the role transitions into a leadership position. We offer a competitive base salary, commission, bonus, and incentives, as well as a take-home truck and diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• Active NC HVAC Contractor license
• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Proven sales performance
• Active EPA 608 Universal certification
• Valid driver's license, clean record, background check
