Requirements

Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
Diagnose heating and cooling issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Service, diagnose, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance in a clear and respectful manner.
Build strong rapport with customers through professionalism, communication, and respect for their home and time.
Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately and timely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, company vehicle, and tools.
