Job Description
Seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant in recruitment & hiring responsibilities. Issuing invoices, preparing financial reports, and managing office maintenance are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Min 1 year experience
- Proficient with Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
- Preferably Junior Executive with experience in General Accounting
- Familiar with SQL software is a bonus
