Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of global IT services, offering round-the-clock, multilingual support to clients worldwide. They are looking for a native Japanese speaker to provide 24/7 support for IT services and equipment, ensuring rapid fault detection and resolution.
Requirements
- Native Japanese speaker or former Japanese national with foreign citizenship
- Proficiency in conversational to business-level English
- Minimum communication skills and basic PC operation skills
- Ability to work permanent shifts, covering 24/7 operations with a flexible shift schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in IT support or a related field is preferred
