Job Description
The Java Lead is responsible for assisting the IT head or team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of marketing projects, while aligning with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals. The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management, and problem-solving ability, as well as leading and managing a team of Java Developers.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree / Professional Certificates in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in full stack web development
- Familiar with Java, JavaScript, SQL and Shell Scripts
- Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, and design patterns
- Experience in using Spring & Hibernate in programming works
- Familiar with Unix/Linux environment
- Familiar with different source control tools
- Good knowledge with microservices
- Experience in database performance tuning and query enhancement
- Experience in dev-ops relevant tasks
- Knowledge on Billing/charging interface/API
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to go extra mile to get job done at high standard
- Experience in leading & managing a team of Developers / Programmers
