Requirements

• Assist in handling creative, design, content ideas for social media and e-commerce
• Assist in planning monthly social media and digital marketing materials
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Manage daily e-commerce orders, stocks inventory, customer inquiries
• Update company website, profile and product listing
• Prepare and execute for events such as exhibitions, book fair, roadshow, workshop and charity activities
• Assist marketing manager in brainstorming, formulation & implementation of new marketing strategies
