Job Description
Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, CNC Programmer to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. The CNC Programmer works collaboratively with Project Management, Quality Assurance and Machinists to create highly effective CNC programs, develop ergonomic manufacturing processes and solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity in a top rated, highly respected manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Create moderate-high complexity programs for parts, machine controls as well as first piece and prototype parts.
- Programming of mills, lathes, millturns, and grinders.
- Programming for Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain.
- Resolve process and program issues.
- Evaluate and recommend tooling.
- Collaborate with team to provide effective cutter path support.
- Program CNC machines.
- Determine tooling requirements and tooling setups for CNC programs.
- Work with highly skilled team to develop new products.
