Registered Nurse 12HR FT Days - PACU - 11a - 11:30p

The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), providing observation and care for patients of all ages during the immediate post-anesthesia period. The RN facilitates care through collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members, and assists with transfer to the next level of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered if enrolled in a BSN program
• Minimum 1 year of current experience in acute care area of expertise/equivalent service area
• Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
• Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association
