Job Description
HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding division is seeking an Audiologist 4 to manage the daily operation of the Audiology function and the Hearing Conservation Program. The role involves contacting Health and Safety regarding noise hazards, consulting with specialists regarding employee hearing concerns, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The position will focus on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating employee hearing-related issues, with a strong emphasis on noise-related monitoring and follow-up testing.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Registered ASHA or ABA certification
- 7 years of experience including ASHA or ABA certification
- Experience with Au.D. and a Virginia Board of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience with 7 years of experience
