The position applies electrical, electronic, and mechanical principles to components and systems, including assembly, analysis, and documentation of results. It supports and participates in the design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 0 years of relevant exempt experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with end-user support and troubleshooting
- Experience working with suppliers on product development and improvement
- Demonstrate basic project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work with multiple departments, suppliers, and customers to accomplish technical and project objectives
- Ability to apply engineering and critical thinking principles to develop problem statements and technical solutions to simple and moderately complex problems
