The Electromechanical Engineer will research, design, and develop mechanical and electromechanical systems for U.S. Navy submarines and carriers in support of design and construction.

Requirements

• Support the design and development of electrical and combat systems
• Establish system and subsystem design requirements from top-level specifications
• Manage system interfaces and ensure integrated functionality
• Develop and execute verification and validation procedures
• Lead or contribute to the creation of technical deliverables and reports
• Coordinate with design, test, and construction teams
• Support power generation and distribution system design and integration efforts
