ENGINEER STRUCTURAL 2

Analyzes, researches and develops structural engineering specifications involving metals, non-metallic or composite structural materials for product design, or operation of product to include structures, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronics, power plant, armament, heating and ventilating, equipment and maintenance designs. Responsible for reviewing drawings, supervising construction projects, and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental regulations. Coordinates with consultants, contractors, and local enforcement agencies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
• 2 years of relevant exempt experience
• Master's Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience
• Civil Engineering Degree
• Field experience on construction sites is strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with strong leadership, effective communication, and computer skills are essential
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency and reliability
• Strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills are preferred
• Ability to attain a security clearance
