Job Description
The Role: Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc. Must Have: Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience.
