Job Description
Supervises semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel, recommends training to enhance skill and productivity, and ensures compliance with technical aspects of the job. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR
- Apprentice Certification OR
- High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR
- Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
