Franchise Business Consultant

Join Huntington as a Franchise Business Consultant and work closely with franchisees to improve profitability and meet corporate standards. Conduct local meetings, center visits, and phone calls, and implement compliance with corporate initiatives. Overnight travel required, approximately 30%. Base salary plus commission, total compensation in the $75k-$85k based upon performance.

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• 5 years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role
• Business management and consulting experience with franchisees
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Direct communication skills
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
