Production Technician

Huntsman has an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician to join its operations team at the Wilton site, within the Polyurethanes division. The role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production to meet quality and business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant technical or vocational discipline
• Experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or process-based industry is strongly preferred
• Trade skills or prior experience in COMAH or highly regulated environments are advantageous
• Strong commitment to safe working practices
• Effective team player with clear communication skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision and make sound operational decisions
• Practical problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
