Job Description
The Cath Lab Director will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Cardiac service line. This role involves developing strategies, implementing programs, ensuring staff development, and maintaining a safe and effective healthcare environment. It requires a commitment to quality improvement and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
- Two years of relevant RN experience required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, or immediately eligible.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment, or advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Clinically competent.
