RN - ER Day Shift

Under general supervision of the Charge Nurse, the Staff RN provides professional nursing skills utilizing the nursing process in the delivery of patient care, serving as a patient advocate and responsible for patient safety, comfort, care, and treatment.

Requirements

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, or immediately eligible
• Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required prior to working first shift in Emergency Department
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (or ENPC) certifications required within 6 months of employment
• TNCC required within 18 months of employment
