Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees desirable
• 12+ years of management consulting experience or related advisory role with a focus on the healthcare provider sector
• Significant experience in a Big 4 or top-tier management consultant firm
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects involving technology implementation and data analytics
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations, including acute care, ambulatory settings, patient access, and clinical workflows
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills
