Job Description
Huron is seeking an Oracle Health Solution Management Administrator to help clients drive growth, enhance performance, and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of a specific solution within a large-scale Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR program.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a delivery lead role within a large-scale healthcare IT environment
- An expert-level understanding of the Oracle Health (Cerner) platform and the implementation lifecycle
- Mastery of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Communication: Superior facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate and influence teams without direct authority
- Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
