A PeopleSoft Administrator is responsible for the overall management, configuration, and maintenance of the PeopleSoft system within an organization, ensuring smooth system performance and addressing technical issues. This involves system administration, monitoring and troubleshooting, performance tuning, security management, backup and recovery, collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, and automation and cloud knowledge.
