Job Description
Join Huron as a Workday HCM Manager and drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change. This multi-faceted role requires expertise in Workday certification with Core HCM, prior management consulting experience in HR transformation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Workday certification with Core HCM
- Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead with Cored HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll
- Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation
- Institutional strategic planning
- Project financial management
- Client executive relationship management
- Multiple cradle to grave implementation experience
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff
- Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Strong analytical skills
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
