Mechatroniker Werkstatt & Technischer Support

We are looking for a technical specialist to join our After Sales Team for battery-powered Husqvarna Robotics products. As a mechatronician workshop & technical support, you will be responsible for repairing problem cases, creating guidelines for customers, and handling warranty applications. The ideal candidate has completed technical training, several years of experience in customer service and maintenance, and good language skills in German and English.

Requirements

• Completed technical training in mechatronics, automotive, or electronics
• Several years of experience in customer service and maintenance of mechanical or electrically operated devices
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Fundamental English language skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Flexibility, team spirit, and safe PC use
