Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to conduct on-site training, deal with escalated cases, and provide technical support to partners and end customers. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in technical service or support, preferably with robotics or complex electronics, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in technical service or support
- Experience with robotics or complex electronics
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license class B
- High travel readiness nationwide
- Experience in warranty processes and partner network support
- Completed technical training or degree in robotics or mechatronics
- Fluent German language skills, good English language skills
