GARDENA is seeking a Senior Specialist Learning & Development to develop, implement, and further develop learning and development measures and processes for the DACH region. The successful candidate will coordinate local training and development programs, collaborate with global learning and talent functions, and advise management and HR business partners on learning and development needs.
Requirements
- Completed study (e.g. business psychology / pedagogy) or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of learning and development / modern personnel development
- Experience in the conceptual design and practical implementation of creative, interactive and digital learning methods
- Basic project management skills
- Secure handling of digital learning formats and learning management systems (ideally Cornerstone / Edcast) and with MS 365
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Enjoyment of cooperation, networking and stakeholder management
- Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
- Experience in an international or corporate environment is an advantage
