We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR Centre of Expertise Services team in Hungary. This role focuses on identifying and addressing employee development needs, managing mandatory training programmes, and supporting initiatives such as language training and internal tools.
Requirements
- Holder of a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Work and Organisational Psychology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in large organisations
- Strong consulting and conceptual skills with experience in managing complex projects
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and supplier management
- Familiar with LMS systems and Microsoft365 tools
