The Dealer Sales Manager will call and service all responsible Dealer accounts and maximize sales with those accounts, working with various teams to create seating solutions for customers while achieving all desired goals and objectives in a cost-effective and profit-driven environment.
Requirements
- Develop long term relationships with Dealer accounts
- Act as advocate for customer and sales representatives
- Plan and execute to achieve strategic and operation plan targets
- Collaborate with internal staff
- Gather information on competitors and their product strengths and weaknesses
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce.com and Hussey Connects system
- Review bids and current orders
- Travel to various locations to meet with existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement Dealer Scorecard rankings
- Utilize mapping software to review sales
- Investigate other sales avenues
- Customize Marketing training
- Train and educate internal staff and outside sales representatives
- Conduct monthly AIA Continuing Education presentations
- Utilize Hussey Seating systems and Power BI to generate detailed reports
