Job Description
Onboarding Project Manager will own the successful launch and implementation of new and expansion customers onto the platform, ensuring every customer goes live with a clear path to activation and growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, or Project Management roles
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in: Enablement tools, CRM / MarTech / SalesTech, Direct sales or field-driven models
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong ability to drive timelines and hold stakeholders accountable
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
