Contract Specialist

Hut 8 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the Legal team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. The role will own the first-pass review and drafting of routine commercial agreements, manage contract intake and workflows, and maintain contract templates and systems.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience reviewing, redlining and managing commercial contract life cycle
• Strong working knowledge of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, and services contracts
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
