Job Description
Join the DSI team at the Châlette sur Loing site to maintain and evolve computer systems, implement and administer web applications, and provide proximity support to business users.
Requirements
- Maintain and evolve The Computer Park (PC fixed & Portable)
- Renew 1/3 of the fleet every year on a leasing basis
- Participate in the management of incidents, including logging phone calls and emails
- Diagnostic of failures and participate in the resolution of incidents
- The writing of procedures and the updating of documentary reference materials
