Job Description Our site On the site of Chemillé (49), HUTCHINSON develops, manufactures and commercializes thermal and acoustic insulation and fire protection products based on high-performance materials for the aeronautical and spatial sectors. Your function Directly attached to the HSE Manager, you will ensure the respect and development of HSE approaches by implementing the site's Hygiene, Safety and Environment policy according to the applicable standards and regulations. You will ensure a counseling role in the field of HSE prevention with the company's interlocutors.

Requirements

• ISO 14001: pilot/ animate the environmental management system.
• Animate the HSE program of the factory, advise, train and control HSE actions on the site.
• Organize awareness and training actions for staff on safety and the environment.
• Evaluate professional risks and update regulatory documents (Single Document, Job Procedures, etc.).
• Follow up on anomalies with associated corrective actions and analyze accidentology.
• Write and update safety and environmental procedures to be transmitted on the ground.
• Implement HSE risk action plans, pursue the deployment of HSE tools.
• Participate in the elaboration and management of the HSE document system.
• Audit HSE practices involving personnel
• In liaison with the Industrialization / Maintenance and Production services, advise project managers on HSE aspects in the context of means acquisition, post arrangement, etc.
• Be a driving force and exemplary in the rigorous application of HSE rules through personal behavior and respect the Quality procedures.
• Ground presence to verify good HSE practices
• Implement a sustainable development approach.
