Job Description
This Engineering Tech I role involves developing and improving manufacturing methods, analyzing work force utilization, and designing equipment layouts to optimize production efficiency. The engineer will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient production, estimate costs, and address quality standards. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
- Analyzes and works force utilization planning, space requirements, and workflow.
- Designs equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Confers with planning and design staff to ensure efficient production methods.
- Estimates production times and staffing requirements.
- Designs tooling, fixtures, and product parts.
- Participates in safety training, inspections, and using PPE.
