Job Description
This Engineering Internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of elastic/metal components for an oilfield platform, with a focus on reducing deformation concentrations in a 10m long, 1.5m diameter, heavy-duty joint. The internship involves testing seam geometries using ABAQUS software, calculating deformation, and comparing results with a 3D model.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Essential knowledge of ABAQUS/CAE software
- Python script (for ABAQUS)
- Microsoft Excel and VBA macro
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience
