Job Description
The Industrialization Technician will participate in project development, data collection, industrialization milestones execution, problem-solving in production, and quality system adherence. The role involves identifying project requirements, implementing solutions, and continuously improving processes. The technician will also ensure compliance with documentation and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (A master's degree would be a plus)
- Interest in industrialization
- Knowledge of mechanical plans and sketches
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Silver)
- Mastery of Excel and Word
- Organizational skills to manage information
- Hard work, methodology, and good pedagogical skills
