Industrial Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll do more than keep projects on track—you'll help bring visions to life. From design through completion, you'll play a key role in coordinating teams, managing budgets, procuring materials, and ensuring subcontractors deliver top-quality work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, business administration, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience managing heavy industrial or process facility projects preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience working as a project manager or superintendent required.
• OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification;
• Working knowledge of OSHA and company safety protocols;
• Understanding of industrial systems: PFDs, P&IDs, utility infrastructure, equipment layouts, and structural/civil integration;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications;
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey instructions and expectations;
• Team-oriented, with effective problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and professionalism;
• Experience with construction scheduling software (ASTA, Primavera, or equivalent) and estimating software (Timberline, Beck, or equivalent);
• Proficiency with PDF tools (Bluebeam, Adobe, or equivalent); working knowledge of building codes, inspections, site logistics, and scheduling;
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build strong relationships with team members, owners, and project partners.
