Job Description
Hutton is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to manage projects from start to finish. This role is critical for the success of projects, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate will lead the project team, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in construction management software (scheduling, estimating, ASTA, Bluebeam, OST)
- Knowledge of estimating, bid processes, OSHA standards, safety procedures, SDS regulations, and building codes.
- Strong presentation skills
- Integrity and ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Effective communication and prioritization skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
