We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success using the company's platform, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting
- 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities
- Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Fluent English communication skills—both verbal and written (C1+ level)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships across time zones and cultures
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, ClickUp)
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsive in remote settings
