We're looking for an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through long-term success and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting
- 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities
- Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results
- Fluent Spanish
