We're looking for confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented Cold Callers to generate leads and book appointments for high-growth businesses in a fully remote opportunity.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day
- Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRMs and dialing tools like Aircall, JustCall, or CloudTalk
- Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and discipline
- Ability to work during UK or US time zones
