We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to build and operate a systematic, data-driven creative engine that improves ad performance across multiple home improvement client accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience improving paid social performance through creative strategy, not just media buying or copywriting.
- Strong ability to analyse Meta Ads performance at the creative level (CTR, hook rate, watch time, frequency, CPL trends).
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks rather than relying on ad-hoc idea generation.
- Ability to clearly diagnose why ads succeed or fail using data insights.
- Experience writing detailed creative briefs for video production teams.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and emotional buying drivers.
- Ability to identify patterns across multiple accounts and industries, not just single campaigns.
- Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable creative direction.
- Strong ownership mentality with accountability for performance outcomes.
