Manage multiple eCommerce client accounts as an Email Marketing Account Manager, leading client strategy calls and driving revenue growth through data-driven outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple eCommerce client accounts (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting)
- Deep understanding of email marketing performance metrics, including Open rate, Click-through rate (CTR), Revenue per recipient, List health and deliverability
- Ability to lead client strategy calls confidently and drive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable improvements
- High ownership and accountability for client results and campaign performance
